Fun Times in Nauvoo

We had so much fun in Nauvoo. First we went to a park for lunch. Everyone was tired and hungry. I got some cute pics, so I wanted to show them all to you. We had a monkey in a tree----Anton. He scared me to death!!!!!!!!! Then we went to the family living center and I got these cute pics. That night we got the news of our sweet baby in Arizona, so everyone was somber and the next day we went to Carthage, which is a somber and spiritual experience. We were sure glad to have Jen come with DJ. This was the window the Prophet Joseph fell from and this was where he fell. Everytime I go to Carthage, I feel his spirit there. It's a sacred place. Wish you all would have been with us. You all know how much Daddy and I love you . MOM

Everett's in Missouri

Hi Everyone. We've been having fun with Heidi's family visiting this week. The first morning we went on a walk to Honey Creek. Look familiar anyone? The next day we went to antique stores and got some great things. Tues. we went to Jamesport and went to the candle shop and other stores. Never can get too much good stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Adventures for Korbie

These are fun pictures of the things Korbie is doing at Gr.pa and Gr.ma's house. He seems to like to be here the most. We can't figure out why, unless maybe he is just an old soul, which of course, matches with Gr.pa and me. He is being very good. Today Gr.pa bought him a package of Skittles and he ate the whole thing down immediately, so he got a little wired. Now Gr.pa is hiding in his bedroom. He said he needed a rest. Hummmmm. Colette and I went to St. Joe for food to feed all the folks that are coming. Our car was packed full{see colette's blog}. Korbin and Gr.pa did gardening, worked on the shelf by my stove and then ate supper.Tonight Sheri and Korbie made a tent in the living room, where they will sleep tonight. Gonna have a little camp-out. Hope Korbie makes it, he sure gets tired, having so much fun. Aunt Sheri loves Korbie, we all do. Tomorrow Heidi will be here. YEAH!!!!!!!!! Love you all MOM
